RINZI Terms of Service
Rules for drivers, Rinzers, businesses and car washes using the platform.
Nature of the platform
RINZI connects users with independent service providers working at existing self-service car washes. The service scope and each party's responsibilities are shown when an order is placed.
Orders and payments
The price, service scope and available payment method are shown before an order is confirmed. Cancellation and any refund information is available with the relevant order.
Standards and safety
Rinzers complete a verification process and work to the RINZI standard. Users must use the platform lawfully and follow car-wash safety rules.
